For launches, holiday promotions, sample programmes and any store that wants a bigger cart.
Give a gift when the cart reaches an amount, or when shoppers buy certain products or anything from a collection. Tiered rules give a bigger gift at a higher amount.
The gift goes into the cart as soon as the rule is met and comes out again if the cart stops qualifying. Sold-out gifts are skipped; a stand-in gift is used instead.
Offer several gifts and let shoppers choose in a simple picker that works with keyboards and screen readers. Sold-out gifts are shown but can't be picked.
A Shopify discount Function makes the gift free only while the rule is really met. Extra units, other products or an edited cart pay the normal price.

Questions merchants ask
How does the gift become free?
The app runs one automatic discount through a Shopify Function. At checkout it checks each rule against the cart again and makes only the allowed number of gift units free. If the rule isn't met, the gift isn't free, and the app takes it out of the cart before checkout.
What happens when a gift is out of stock?
The app never adds a sold-out gift. Give a rule a few gifts and the first one in stock is added; in the gift picker, sold-out gifts are shown greyed out.
What if a shopper removes the gift?
It isn't added back. The gift progress block shows an "Add free gift" button in case they change their mind.
Do you charge per order?
No. One flat monthly price billed by Shopify, with no order limits, no revenue share and no fees per gift.
Which themes does it work with?
It works with Shopify's Online Store 2.0 themes. Cart drawers and cart pages are refreshed the way Shopify's own storefront tools do it, tested on Horizon and Dawn.
What happens if I change plans?
Rules your new plan can't run are paused and kept exactly as they are. Nothing is deleted, and they run again after an upgrade.
